Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Atelier IV website and services, operated by Next AM Media LLC ("Atelier IV," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site, contacting our concierge, or booking a visit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Atelier IV arranges private, in-location wellness and hydration visits delivered by licensed, independent clinical partners across the Greater Miami area. We provide concierge coordination, scheduling, and booking; the clinical care itself is provided by those licensed partners.

All services are wellness services intended for generally healthy adults. They are not emergency care and are not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of your physician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. All treatments are subject to a clinical screening and consultation, and a clinician may decline or modify any treatment for safety reasons. Not all clients are candidates for every service.

Certain treatments may be prepaid online through our third-party payment provider, MoonPay Commerce. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. A booking is confirmed only once payment (where required) is received and our concierge confirms availability and location.

Prepayment reserves your visit but does not guarantee that any specific treatment will be administered; the attending clinician makes the final determination based on your screening.

We understand plans change. To reschedule or cancel, contact our concierge as early as possible. Because visits are staffed and scheduled around your itinerary, cancellation windows, travel fees, and refund eligibility will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

If a clinician determines on-site that a treatment cannot be safely administered, we will work with you on an appropriate adjustment or refund of the affected portion.

You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Fraudulent transactions and unwarranted chargebacks may result in refusal of service.

You agree to provide accurate health and contact information, to disclose relevant medical history, and to follow reasonable pre- and post-visit guidance. You are responsible for ensuring safe, lawful, and appropriate access to the location where service is requested.

The Atelier IV name, logo, site content, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Individual results from wellness services vary and are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atelier IV and Next AM Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
